Whole Grain Linguini Pasta
Basil Pesto Sauce
Two Chicken Breasts
Two Cucumbers
One Onion
One Tomato
When I started to diet, I decided that I was only going to do a pasta once a week. Last night was the first pasta I have had in over a week and boy was it overdue. It was absolutely amazing. The chicken medley I made was something new I tried but ended up falling in love with it. There has been a great deal of experimenting going on in my house with vegetables and meats. This actually turned out to be a rather fun turn out. Definitely looking forward to making it again tomorrow.
