Daily Diet: Breakfast
::Todays Breakfast::
2 Lightly Peppered Eggs
1 Slice Whole Wheat Bread
2 Slice Pineapple
7 Green Grapes
& Glass Of Water
Today marks my second day of dieting and exercise. It has not been easy letting go of all the greasy yummy foods I have grown so accustom to over the past 24 years, but I am now motivated more than ever to get in shape and start living healthy. I would usually have had bacon and potatoes to go along with it and had sweet tea or something to drink. It's amazing how even though I am eating less..it is just as filling. Now I may not be posting every meal of the day but I am going to make it a goal to post at least one meal of the day. If for no other reason, just to keep up with my own progress. I will also probably start a daily post of my exercise routine and the such!
